TJ Brown

Youth Co-Director

TJ Graduated Olathe South HS in Olathe Kansas in 1997. In High School TJ won a State Championship and went on to play at Texas A&M University on a full scholarship. After his playing days he went directly into coaching at the collegiate level. He was an Assistant Coach at the University of San Diego from 2003-2008 for the men's basketball team. He was also an Assistant Coach at Creighton University from 2008-2009. TJ has 20 plus years of coaching experience and trains and coaches all ages in San Diego, CA. He is the Director of She's Empowered Sports which is the top girls club basketball program in San Diego. His 8th grade team finished top 12 in the Country last year on the Nike Circuit! He is currently an Assistant Coach for Francis Parker Boys Basketball.

Tito Mays

Youth Assistant Director/Head Coach

Tito Mays, a native of Mississippi, is a lifelong athlete and dedicated coach with a rich background in basketball and multi-sport competition. A four-year varsity basketball player in high school and state runner-up, Tito continued his athletic career at Santa Barbara City College. He went on to play professional basketball with the Santa Barbara Breakers in the ABA before transitioning into coaching. Tito has served as JV head coach and varsity assistant at La Costa Canyon High School for three years, and has been an AAU coach since 2017. He is going into his 4th season as the varsity assistant at Francis Parker. With 17 years of training experience, Tito is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the court, instilling skills, discipline, and a love for the game.

Brandall Buckles

High School Assistant Director/Head Coach

Brandall Buckles Jr., a native of Victorville, California, is a dynamic coach and former dual-sport collegiate athlete. After playing varsity basketball in high school, he made history at NAIA San Diego Christian College as the school's first-ever dual-sport athlete, competing in both baseball and basketball. Brandall's coaching career includes roles as an assistant coach at St. Augustine High School, MiraCosta College under Coach Rob Robinson of Last Chance U: ELAC, Victory Christian Academy, and Francis Parker School. With six years of AAU coaching experience, including two seasons on the UA Rise Circuit, he brings a wealth of competitive insight and player development expertise to every team he works with.
